The blue tube started getting fungal growth and when I took the tube out and turned it upside down a whole mess of black debris could be seen "falling" through the glycol. I'm guessing that this is evidence that the bellow is breaking down and needs to be replaced. Is that a fair assumption? Thanks for your help!

Naaahhh
More likely a bit of silicone seal has broken down. If this bothers you, drain the glycol, flush the housing with distilled water, then pour in household ammonia full strength and slosh around for ten minutes. Rinse with distilled water again, then add fresh glycol and done. Get some stainless steel fill hole screws if not already.

Thanks again for the advice but I think I've stumbled upon a bigger issue. Looks the aluminum is reacting with something and is being eaten away?

You might consider changing out the bellows as well. I have some good used ones (2011 vintage), or new ones can be ordered on the site.
As Tim says, if the non stainless fill screws rust out, they will start dropping crud into the LC chamber, so definitely change those out as well.

Thank you both for your insight and willingness to help. It is very much appreciated. If it's not too much trouble I have one more self-imposed problem to overcome.
When I was putting the tube back in the horizontal deflection board fell out because I was an idiot and didn't secure it properly. Do you know where I might be able to find a set of 4 inductors like the broken ones in the pic below as well as a blue capacitor (C110)?

It's a typo in the topic name. The projector is a 9000, not a 9500LC.
