Simple; to go between a 7.1 bluray player with analog outs and mono power amps.

Just a volume knob, no processing.

Any ideas?

Try looking for an MSB "MVC-1" remote 8 channel volume control....one was for sale on Canuck Audio Mart:

Also, here's something in the car stereo product range and will do processing, but might do what you want ?

Yep. Same here. His first 2 posts just felt completely wrong, but at the end of the day I let them go... eventually they slip up.
