Hello!

I'm looking for any rack gear for analog video. I've got an Extron Crosspoint switch for RGB, an Extron MAV Plus for S-Video switching, some Blonder Tongue modulators and demodulators for old TVs and RF-only sources, a couple Faroudja line doublers, and other misc. pieces. Since older analog gear is no longer desirable for high-end use, luckily it's not too expensive to put together a nice rack these days. Considering that, I'm interested in just about anything. Generally I want professional grade equipment, unless it's something particularly cool, fun, or useful.

I don't know what all is out there so I would be interested in hearing about anything you've got to sell. I know it would be nice to have some high quality converters with good comb filters for composite video to RGB. I'll certainly need some equipment related to power. I would be interested in pieces that are useful as well as those for fun effects. A full analog signal path with no lag is a plus.

Thank you!

Okay, I will! It's all very much a work in progress. When I get to the shop, I'll take some pictures of what I've got so far.

Here's most of the stuff that I have so far. I forgot to put my Extron Emotia out there. I have a few other random pieces too. I need to get a rack soon. Very Happy

Faroudja VP5000s are cheep today, and was topest scaler in the day at $25000. What was that PC-based rig that Joe Kane used to rave about? From UK?

Faroudja, I think I have one of those...

The PC based one was the Holo3Dgraph PCI card wasn't it?

If you guys are still looking, I'll be listing a ton of Extron and Crestron AV stuff on eBay for dirt cheap this morning. I'll link to one as soon as I have them up, and then click on 'other auctions' to see the rest.

OK, I've listed a ton of stuff. I'd prefer to sell off eBay, but buy on eBay if you want. Combined shipping applies. More to be listed in the next few days, click on my other auctions to see more.

I'm having 70's flash backs. When I was a kid the apartment building we lived in had a stereo on the roof and a speaker with a volume control in the livingroom of every apartment. All easy listening all the time. Until some low life stole the stereo.

I just noticed the replies in this thread. Did I miss anything really cool that would match my setup? Looks like a lot of switchers and I'm pretty covered in that regard with the Extron.

The Extron 203 Rxi could be useful.
