Your OneDrive link is for a 1209s a different machine. I think that 1209/2 manual is rather difficult to find but I do believe some members have at least some pages from a manual.

That have those black closed box type rgb amps (762292)?

Short circuiting jumper pins (next to input connector on top of box) disable ABL.

I don't even have it! Ile is correct though, you can bypass ABL on those sets by shorting the jumper on the top of the CRT video amplifiers.
