A call to all CRT Gurus,
What 1209s are interchangeable parts with cine 9? Should I sell the 1209 (tubes are 9.5/10) our should I keep it. Currently I'm hanging a Cinemax instead.
thank you

If the 1209 has lug tubes, I would keep the tubes as spares.

The tubes are directly interchangable, so is the EHT board, splitter and HV quadrupler. THe video switching boards may or may not work in the Cine depending on the vintage. Everything else will not swap.

Yes, they may be PT22 tubes which are the same.
