When set resolution at 720p 60hz the images split in two parts. Why? Timings issue? How fix without videoprocessor? I tried with mediaplayer (Xtreamer) and with htpc. Same results.

Did you try 50Hz already ?
Are you using interlaced by mistake ?
Port 4 or 5 ?
I had this once and it was a rez and timing issue.

All I can think of is that someone replaced a board with one out of a Vision series that can only handle up to 36Khz. If a Barco is slightly over the scan rate that the controller or deflection board can handle, you'll get the split image.

I tried to set 50hz and there isn't the splitting. But at 50hz image is much smaller than the raster and is shifted to the left of the screen be cause the known problem of wrong timings. I know that I can fix with a videoprocessor, but I wanted to avoid it.

Well, your controller board doesn't have a Cine 7 chip in it, it has a 708. That could be the problem right there. Did this problem just start, or is the projector new to you?
