Just to update the build thread, I've delayed basement/theater construction for awhile. I decided to buy a car, which depleted the savings account, so the theater is delayed for some time. I have a few house projects that need to get done first anyway, like getting some audio and video wiring run in the floor joists for the bedroom and living room upstairs and replacing a junk hose bib that will be in the ceiling above the theater. I'm also considering installing PVC intake/exhaust for a future high-efficiency furnace upgrade, too. All things I'm hoping I can have done so I don't have to tear the ceiling open later.

Cheers,
SC
