Just received my EXT-FULLHD v3 and I can't get it to display

The issue is mensioned in the manual with special mension given to lack of sync with certain AVRs...

Set jumper 7 to ON, it speaks of this in the manual, on page 16.

Yes I tried the jumper settings, the unit was DOA as confirmed by Moome when it was returned, bad solder joints. Thumbs Down

It's shipping back to me tomorrow.
