I don't think the site automatically accounts for DST (which is a regional phenomena), so you'll have to subtract one less during the summer (for me, it's GMT-5 in summer instead of GMT-6 during winter.)

So, yes - the site's time is wrong, but it's only off by an hour, not two. My guess is the server's hardware time is wrong, either because it doesn't know its own time zone correctly, or like the forum, it didn't correct for DST, either.

Actually, it's probably by design, because unless the site uses a database of locations that observe DST, it's always going to be wrong for either that group that does, or does not, observe daylight saving time.
