be careful, there's 8 screws accessible on the lens flange. 4 remove the lens, the other 4 dump glycol all over the floor.

Please post back with the condition of the glycol; it's nearly 20-yrs old!

Clean and clear! Just the slightest hint of the bellows sweating.
The down side is it came with HD10L lenses so It wont fill my 8' screen so I'm looking for some HD10E's or GT17's

it will indeed fill the screen, it's just that the corner focus will suck.

Yes, for correct focusing. that doesn't mean you can't project a larger screen with it, your corner focus will simply be compromised. Set the thing up already!

Yes dammit, we all want to see it project!!
I would keep an eye on those bellows though, rubber has an excellent way of just rotting away out of nowhere. I have some Reel to Reel rollers that can attest to that!

I can attest to that HD-10L does ok for larger screens but they are best for blends and smaller screens

What is this compromise thing you speak of??? lmao
It's going on the ceiling so I only want to set it up once, so I'll wait till I get a proper set of lenses.
I did set it up on the floor and did a quick convergence because I couldn't wait to see what it can do.

I just picked up two Draper screens, a 92" for the bedroom and a 106" for the theater.
If I could just find a set of lenses.... :/
