I have tried it, and i have posted one to one proving the bandwidth was superior.

To assume the MOOME or HD Fury id going to have more analog bandwidth than a GTX760 with a bandwidth rating of 400MHz and a max analog resolution of 2560x1600 is to kid yourself really isnt it.

I see you dont have a clue what its all about, so maybe its better just forget you were here..?

If you have what it takes, and the time, im more than willing to take this debate to the end, but if you as usual have to tell that you dont have the time to be here, there is no point.

When i have the time youll be the first to find out about it...

But til then, id suggest its you that has no idea what its all about, to me its about watching movies and playing video games, to you it seems to be about spending months on end analysing test patterns...

Sure youve got better bandwidth... But how does that help when you watch a movie? You cant see the difference in the better bandwidth...

This was a thread about a blu ray player and its ability to upsample the signal, and pass it unprocessed, it dont have much to do with analog bandwidth. That another matter.

So if you say that the PC solution is a better upsampler and signal transporter/ have a better digital pipeline to the HDMI output, then there is a few testpatterns who will be a good indicator.

When i play with a Blu Ray source, i like the Blu Ray quality on the scren, sure i can see a image, no matter if its a laserdisc or a blu ray source, but to fully understand and be sure the signal gets passed in a decent quality i like to use testpatterns, specially when argued in a thread like this where real movie material is imposible to use as a reference in a argument.

And yes a better bandwidth gives me a much sharper image, better color graduation, much better low level performance.
The ability to hold color balance at all resolutions, and and the ability to resolve both vertical and horizontal resolution almost identical gives a huge image improvement all around. I also get the option to run full 1080P 72hz, witch gives a much better motion flow and light filling on scren.

Lets start with what format you feed your dac with.?

What pixel clock are you running there.? And try run that pattern from 0-100% contrast, and see if it holds the same difference betwen horizontal and vertical.?

And as i told you before, this was a thread dedicated to the players digital processing, so can you tell what croma upsampling you run, and display how well its done on the PC solution.?

The settings are standard Windows 7 settings that nvidia has in their drivers, i havent changed any of those, and it is standard timing 1920x1080p at 60Hz

Changing contrast seems to stay a consistant difference between the H and V.

Try take a shot of the hole screen running al 3 colors, one with normal contrast, and 1 with contrast set to ½

Can you try post some results of how those Cards handle the croma upsampling?

Is there any roleoff/ ringing/ overshoot.?

True, thats what i have, and you did just mention PC solution, like all PC solutions would be better than a Blu Ray player.

Did you ever find out how or if your signal on your PC solution is upsampled, and if there is any problems in that.?

What format do you feed your projector from the PC.?

My OPPO 103D AU should be here in the next couple days.

I will look in the Nvidia control panel now.

It has nothing to do with the pic you posted, can you please read the first page of this thread.

You posted a luma test pattern, and want to display your analog bandwidth.

What was my main focus in this thread was the croma bandwidth/ performance of the player (digital), and it would be interesting how your PC solution handle that part of the processing.

My 103D AU arrived today, and i must say im very impressed with it in every single respect, the Darbee seems to make it a shade better between about 20-30%, and i can finally watch 50Hz DVDs at 1920x1080p 60Hz without stuffing around....
