Can A Bulb Projector run on RGBHV?

Yes, if it has a VGA input. Get a VGA to 5 BNC cable. BEware however, that a lot of digitals are limited to certain frequency ranges of the VGA input signal, they can't be fed a variable weird resolution like most CRT projectors can.

I just use Direct tv, A blue ray dvd player & a video game console- Old 3DO unit.

My cables are already run in the attic/ceiling for my crt 1272 sony.. Pj would be ceiling mounted. Would like to keep the same setup.

Just gathering info IF the sony had to go

You'll need to check the specs of the digital to see if it will support the resolution you want.

My HD is 1080I on thec crt, and I'm not sure what res regular satelite is.

Go to www.projectorcentral.com and see if the projector you want to install will support the resolution(s) you want to run. Use their search engine to pull up the specs on the projector make and model.
