6 is indeed rare, but I have had similar things happen, especially when things are taken out of service and moved. Things that were corroded, but mounted solidly in a rack develop all sorts of intermittents as soon as they are moved...

What do I win? HD-134's for my 808 LC?
Just glad its working. I refuse to use slide switches at work for that reason: contacts are exposed to the outside. It's not a bad amp other than that.

I have the Niles SI-1260 and all 6 stereo channels also do not work. Main power LED comes on. But none of the channel LED's. So fuse I guess is OK. Same issue perhaps with all 6 bridge switches bad?
