Was pretty good really, some small parts i believe were filmed in 3D. The fact its on 2 discs is nothing short of rediculous though.

John Carter was not shot in 3D, but it's one of the best looking 3D movies out there. You would never know it was shot in 2D. MIB3 was also shot in 2D and converted to 3D even though it was always planned to be a 3D flic. They wanted better control of the depth of field with MIB3 so they decided to convert after shooting to gain that extra control.
The early releases of 2D>3D conversions really sucked. But it's now been proven if you use top notch conversion techniques 2D can really be made into 3D with incredible realism.
