This is a sync issue, the glass gets lagged sync signal, what's the soulition? I don't know. I use PC with my projector and a wired nVidia 3D kit, I also saw very this issue with that if the computer was struggling in putting out the framerate, on other ocassions (less demanding content) it is perfect, and I don't even have fast green tube.
