Hi All,

Please be careful with moome!
I ordered a Moome Card EXT V3 on the 15th of June and until now ( 18th of August) it has not arrived! Every time I contact him, he says it will be shipped this weekend. It has repeated several times, but the card has not arrived!!!

BE CAREFUL WTH MOOME !!!

Moome does a very good job and will always come through.

Sometimes there are delays, but Moome always does what he promises. The HDMI cards are very small production batches, and shipment timing is not always reliable. But again, you will get your card as soon as it is available.

To be fair to the poster, I too paid on June 15, and received no notice about delivery being delayed. 2 emails to Moome, and no response. Kal finally had to get involved, end even then it was mailed a full 10 days later than Moome told me he did.

I know Moome does always come through, but in my case it screwed up a local installation toyally. Accurate communication is key, and gawd knows, I've had my flaws in that department too.

That's why things usually get stepped up a bit when I get iffy customer service.

I've sent a note to Moome recommending that if a product is unavailable that he indicate approximately what the shipping delay is if/when an order is placed by email if it's not listed on the order page.

OK. Today I got phone call from home that the parcel is arrived. I will open the box and check for my application after I go back home.
