While on (sort of) the subject of posters-no-more -- anyone know what happened to the user Heywood Jablome? I see his posts a lot on searches I do and then maybe 2 years ago they stopped cold and I haven't chanced across why. Banned? Passed away? Just drifted off? Left the grid?

Him and Stefuel are friends. If something happened, then it would have been relayed. Like Z-photo and others, he has moved on. The heyday of the used CRT forum was the last decade.

They sure have. I wonder if AVS's patronage is down. It seemed like everyone wanted a theater and wanted to learn everything about them last decade. There was also HD and new formats coming out. Today just doesn't seem as exciting. Oh wait, I there is 3D. Wink
