I would like to move my Technics SL-Q200 turntable from my budget receiver to my better Pre/Amp speaker setup. But my pre-amp doesn't have a phono input.
The turntable is not audiophile grade; but it is decent.
Have any recommendations on a reasonably priced phono pre-amp?

regardless of the box and price, they are all going to be a pretty darn simple op amp circuit with the RIAA equalization curve. Pyle makes one at the lower end, but there's a pile (pun intended) of other brands that are more expensive as well. Unless you want audiophile grade, I'd suspect that the low end Pyle will sound the same as $100-200 units.

I think I'm looking for a little better S/N and distortion.
I was looking at Schiit Audio, seriously ...and Pluto to name a few.
I'm looking at best in class for ~75-150$

But that's my point, it's a simple op amp circuit, and I'll bet that the chips between the two are the same.
