Can't change bri/con on barco 808s

Without any change to the system, I have lost ability to change brightness and contrast on my barco 808s. Every other function and menu still work. Any ideas why?

Sounds like the video switcher/RGB board(s) are bad. That's where both are controlled. I have spares if you need them.
