I'll be interested to see if he's able to get newer probes like the C5 and i1D3 to work with it. I had read that xrite changed how they licensed/gave access to the D3 and that a software developer without a license would not be able to access it like they could with the D2.

If understand correctly he will be using a driver pack that is already working for the D3. Something about them (driver pack) only being able to work with freeware.
