The banner takes me to a page with that name, but with newsletter content. I know I am a bit groggy still this AM, but I just don't see any details on the text... I did a quick search on that page and the forums for "design book" and no dice...
Great idea to gather up a lot of this wisdom from the experts on this site!

Ok, it's up!
See: http://www.curtpalme.com/TheHomeTheaterBook.shtm
There's an exclusive audio interview with (ahem) me, about video calibration ... don't let that dissuade you from purchasing.
I have to say doing audio interviews on technical subjects is really hard. I've done a few now and the nature of audio interviews doesn't give you a chance much to think of your answer nor go back and tweak it if you said something slightly incorrect like print media does. There's a few spots in that interview when I listen now that I think "ug - that's not entirely right or.... I confused the matter... or I should have said something different...".
