Hello,

i have a XG135 in pretty good condition, only problem is the green tube which has slight wear.
lucky me that i got a whole set of lc tubes with yokes and everything, just missing the neckboards.
i am thinking about putting these in and i am not quite sure what needs to be done.

do the hd-145 lenses work with the lc tubes/housings ?
will i have to change neckboards and/or any other components ?

i changed the blue tube already...picture shows condition when i got it.

any help or experience is much appreciated Very Happy

The AC neck boards will work fine. You need LC lenses, I've got those cheap if you need a set. You need to figure out how to mount the LC housings in an AC set. That's really all there is to it.

Motobias,
I've just done this on my XG 1350. You need the upper and lower mounting brackets from an LC machine for chambers to work in the 1350 AC unit . You have to use the neck boards from the 1350 AC tubes. I'm not sure about the yokes and everything. I transfered what I had on to new tubes. Hd-145 lenses will not work. You'll need lc lenses. You will also need the front cover from the LC machine for a finishing touch. Very easy to do if you have the parts.

I will ask a friend of mine that was selling one. Working unit but bad tubes.
The projector is located in north Italy.

Hi Motobias,

there is a XG LC in Düsseldorf on Ebay since months. I once went there to see it, tubes are worn. Bet the seller is ready to negotiate.

There is Matti_U on the German beisammen board who convertred an PGxtra to LC. You might wanna ask there.
