Hi,

See the specs on page 4: http://www.projektoren-datenbank.com/pdf/infocusx2-en.pdf
As it does 85Hz only I don't expect it being able to handle 100Hz/120Hz required for acceptable 3D frame rates.
A native resolution of 800 x 600 doesn't contribute for a strong performer...
Ah, and this link has very useful information on "infocus x2 spec" too: http://lmgtfy.com/

Regards,
barclay66

BTW: I'm outta here. I've seen this topic in too many places over the last few days!

Seriously Muttley, you do sound young, but man, chill out a bit, and wait at least 24 hours for a response to any of your posts. No problem getting information here from us, but as Barclay says, if you get annoying, we'll start ignoring you.

I think Curt, et. al. are nicely trying to say that, since you're requesting information from others - have the courtesy to give them the chance to respond rather than bombarding them with questions. And help us help you - your initial post was almost illegible - if you're too lazy to use understandable words and grammar, the likelihood of someone bothering (or even being able) to respond/help goes down significantly.

But to answer your question, the X2 is a very old projector - it was phased out long before 3D was even being discussed. The only way it could do 3D is if it accepted a 48fps signal and you used an external box (like the one sold on this site) to process it properly so that the projector would accept it. You'd be better off getting a new cheap projector capable of 3D.

I highly doubt that, your initial post is spelled correctly, I think your just asking nonsensical questions

I don't think your posts offended anyone, nor did your spelling. It's that you're new here, and started a bunch of posts about the same thing, and PMed me, and then bumped them up every couple of minutes to get people's attention.

That behaviour isn't tolerated on any forum, regardless of what you're asking about.

OK, so he PM'ed you... He also PM'd me. I'm going to assume since we're 2 and 4, maybe he PM'd Jeremy and Kal, too.

Muttley... Everybody around here are all pretty nice guys. Just understand it rubs everybody the wrong way when you send a bunch of PM's and make a whole bunch of posts and bump your threads. It's like ringing the phone 10 times to ask the same question, or calling back every five minute to see if somebody has come in yet.

If you don't understand forum etiquette, that's fine. Just say so and move on. If you get defensive, you'll just incite more disdain directed your direction.

The discussion forum is organized so multiple conversations can carry on organized into topics. Feel free to ask all the questions you want, but keep related questions (3D on a digital on a digital for instance) grouped in one thread subject.
