I've done a fairly good job at mechanical setup.
I've been able to expand the raster and get 92" at my current distance.
Below are some pics of the expanded image.
Can you guys tell me if I'm too close to the tube's edge or if it is ok ?
If I can run the image that close to the edge, then I'll buy a 92" screen.
If not I'll buy an 87" screen.
I also have room to tilt the front of the PJ up and use less keystone.

Looks OK to me except for the trace in the last image, lower right corner.
I would adjust Blanking to keep that tail off the tube edge if possible. It may be because of the full white screen projected. Full white screens stress the electronics too much IMO. Use the grids instead.
When you perform a final setup with your source you may need to tweak Blanking again.
