I just installed a new Moome XG-FULLHD HDMI V1.3 card into an NEC XG-135. When powering on the projector, there is a brief flicker of the two red lights above the HDMI inputs and then nothing. None of the lights turn on. This is true when the card is in either the B and C slots.

The projector continues to function beautifully via RGB.

When I connect a DVD player to the pj via an HDMI cable, the green connection light above and between the two HDMI inputs lights up, but that's it.

Needless to say, I am not getting any kind of image.

I have fresh batteries in the remote. Nothing I do with the remote seems to change the situation.

Do I have a faulty card or am I failing to do something obvious with either the card or the pj? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

ps Where does one find an email address for Moome?

Try a BluRay player with HDMI output set to 480p with a short cable, say 6' or so. BR to Moome directly, nothing inbetween. See if that works. If not, then I'd say you have a bad card.

On the remote push the #1 button if nothing happens push the #2 button. This tells the Moome card which HDMI input to read. Have your source on when doing this.

Hope that cures it, if not I have no idea.

Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, the card is still dark.

Anyone know the shipping address for returns to Moome?

Thank you!
