My low power build HTPC uses the on-board iGPU on an Intel i3 2100 CPU driving a CRT projector through a John WanMan IFB-DVI v2 card.

Black levels have been terrible since switching to the i3!!

I can't get Intel "Quantization" control to appear. Quantization control from what I can gather reading online posts is necessary for setting 16-235 vs 1-255 video levels on the Intel iGPU.

I hate to add a video card, that defeats the purpose of going the iGPU route.

Below is what the Intel utility says about the iGPU and connected monitor. I'm looking for any ideas.
