I have build a new htpc for my barco 1209s

Win7 and ATI 6570hd graphic card ar used and Xbmc is the media center player.
the resolution that i use now is 1920*1080 60Hz due to that there are missing parts in the picture

i didn't see any info on this forum regarding the right setup of an htpc to work with crt's
can any one help me or direct me to any info on that?

Hi AnalogRocks

the problem are

there are two setups from my HTPC
first is the video card setup resolution.
second is the power strip

as i understand i should put my video card on the max resolution that it support
and then go to the power strip to fix and fine tune the values

so due to that i don't know what are the correct values or setup for the video card and for the power strip

I been in SPL800's house and played with the setup a little.
There are two main problems: In 1080P and many refresh rates, the picture is cropped and there is a problem of ringing. I assume this problem can be solved by playing some more with porches.
If anyone here can post the powestrip timing for a similar setup, it would be nice.
The second problem is the XBMC player. I assume that for BD content, the best refresh rates are 48/72Hz, however, the player doesn't handle this rate well, and the movement isn't smooth.
surprisingly,in 60Hz the picture is smooth.
