|
|
Hi Guys,
I have a set of really clean NEC PG9plus color corrected Delta HD-145N lenses left from my long gone stash of parts.
Curt stopped by here tonight and picked up what he wanted.... said throw them up on the forum. So this post is personally Curt approved.
I don't need these, so they are free to anyone who picks them up. NOT shipping the damn things, sorry.
I hear rumors that these are also being fitted to some Barco and Sony sets to color correct and they are generally sharper too.
Having stuck a set on a Sony 1031 years ago, yes they are. I think I actually started that whole trend, but that was a long time ago...
Anyhow, you want them, come get them.
Marc

Hey, whatever works for you.
I mean, I could ship the lenses, but they weigh a ton and would be expensive. So I'd rather not...

If they are actually the color filtered type, then I would be interested in picking them up.
I'd like to upgrade the clear lenses of the DWIN HD700 that I now have because of Curt's generosity. (One lens has what might be fungus).
Regards

Nashou, i wasnt really enquiring, just a friendly banter as i do
Dragan, the HD144 and 145 ive seen were anything but light, and the ones on my XG certainly dont look all plastic to me.

Those lenses on your Dwin will make your eyes pop. The color becomes almost TOO intense. The Peony Pavillion scene in House of Flying Daggers was amazing!
Dragan, those are definitely glass lenses. Quartz glass, from what I've read, whatever that is...

Yep, Delta TAC-4 are plastic, HD-145 are not, and probably the best AC lens out there.

Yeah, I remember when I stuck a set on a Sony 1031Q. AMAZING!
NEC used some good optics. Makes a big difference.
