I have a few questions about the return policy for the VIP Theatre.

1. How many days after receiving the VIP Theatre can you return it for a refund?

2. Do you get a full refund?

3. Do you mail it back to Consignia.ca ?

To quote:

Return policy: The 3D-Theatre and unopened 3D glasses may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 7 days of receipt, as long as the items are returned in new condition in the original box, with accessories, manual, etc. Used 3D glasses may not be returned for a refund for hygienic reasons.

We're flexible and reasonable with the 7 days depending on the circumstance. We simply need to list something. It would indeed go back to Consigna in Ontario Canada.
