Found this gem on the local Craigslist this morning. Drove five miles down the road to pick it up for a cool $50!
It need a new panel light or two ...or three and the faceplate is worn where some of the lettering is no longer legible, but for the price I couldn't care less, it's operationally 100% and does an excellent job driving my recently acquired JBL 4311's!

Any Marantz of that style is collectable, and worth $200 or so in mint shape.

Now find yourself a Marantz 2500 or 2600, and you will have quite the rarity

I do love the looks and construction of the old Marantz and other top-of-the-line components. They don't make them like that anymore. You got a good price on it too. You can find lots of parts on ebay for decent prices for those old machines.
