If the tubes are shipped individually will the electronics be left on the tubes if so that would save me time. Did not answer question about the hours on the tubes.
Thanks

Sorry...I don't know how many hours are on the tubes...probably less than 1000 for the green and red since they were both new when I got them. The blue tube was used so it has at least as many as the green and red plus some more because I received it with some wear already.
I don't know about shipping with electronics. I would think it might jeopardize the neck during shipping. The tube shipping boxes that I have will not allow me to leave the electronics on since you put the tube neck in a "sleeve" of sorts to keep it from moving around. I can work up another way to ship the tubes with electronics but I couldn't guarantee that it is a tried and tested method of shipment. I can put up a picture of the shipping box tonight.
To be clear the shipping numbers I quoted previously are + the asking price...

If you will include the CRT circuit boards at no cost I will buy all three CRT tubes. I do use Pay pal.You can ship the tubes together . hardwares shipped separately.

Hello, I have a NEC XG-85 and I have a problem with my F-DRIVE card.
Do you know if your F-DRIVE PWB PWC-4068 72140681 model is the same of NEC XG-85?
What price you ask for that (with shipping to Italy)?
Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure. That would be a question for the more knowledgeable in the CRT section.

Every electronic part in an XG is identical, if its LC then the tubes/mounting hardware/lenses are the only difference I beleive. Otherwise yes, all the circuit boards are identical.

This is absolutely not true.

Greg, there should be numbers on your focus board. You can check if it's the same as what he is looking for. Other wise I can look it up but I would need to know what 85 he has.

What specifically is different? I know that one of the boards in the XG series is different because of the bandwidth limitations, but otherwise looking at several XGs they all seem fairly identical aside from their obvious differences

Appearance of the boards is meaningless. In the XG series you actually have 8 different models each having differences in various boards. Some can interchange but many cannot, at least not without modification or multiple board change.
One example is the neck boards on the xx0's only have 1 amp where as the xx1's and xx2's have 2 amps. Will they just interchange? I'm not sure. I would have to look at the schematics to tell. I think someone started a chart some time ago indicating the different boards but I have no idea where it is. I simply just check the schematics of the various models to see if they will interchange. This is why I asked which 85 the guy has. I could then just compare it to the 1100 greg has.
