I am interested in the future to try 1080i with my ECP, right now 720p is looks just fine... but I like to use my mac (plugged into my Denon A/V receiver with HDMI switching) I like to use Front Row so i can watch video files on my HD. It doesn't seem to have 1080i.. it has this odd resolution 1920x540.

wow sweet! i didn't know there was an app like that for mac.. thanks Athanasios! the dual G5 actually does a pretty good job at doing HD videos. would like to get a 1020 Box or whatever its called so i can fix the annoying raster shift. love the mac colorsync.. i can do gamma boost and everything...

ahhh interesting thanks a bunch... i played around with it, couldn't get the display resolution to show up. Perhaps it would help if i plugged the mac directly to the HD Fury instead of going through the AV receiver. Once i have a resolution that works connect back up to the receiver for HDMI switching?

That app is a disturbingly fun toy. It's great just seeing how movies look in weird contrasts

yeah if I can only learn how to use the damn thing... so far i haven't had any luck... and I may need some contrast adjustment going to a larger screen. not sure if my little projector will be able to handle the bigger size.
