Finally, I am getting enough DVDs to want to keep track of them on my computer.

So, I'm looking for recommendations/suggestions for programs that will help me.

I have found Movie Collector (http://www.collectorz.com/movie/features.php) and DVD Profiler (http://www.invelos.com/).

Haven't tried either of them. I am looking for something that’s easy; plug 'n play. Enter bar code or title, etc... and let the program populate with a thumbnail and info.

Kind of hard to explain what I am looking for as this is my first few days of looking into this.

I would definitely recommend using a "real" company. I had used a program called MyDVDs. One day it quit being able to go to IMDB and find the movie info. I did some research and found it was a one person outfit and he dropped off the face of the earth. I had to reinput all of my movies (over 600) into a new program. I checked with Collectorz and found that have an staff of 10 to 12 people and have cataloging software for CD's, books, comics and games as well.

To be perfectly honest, I haven't bought or added any dvd's to it in over a year. When I was setting it up though I really did think it was slick...click and all the info pics etc added instantly. One of the few software I've bought that I was happy with the purchase price when I used it. That was then though.

But still need some reviewing.
