What I noticed with the Microsoft's Office 2007 was a full blown mode in Redmond to not invent anything new in terms of software, but rather reinvent what they already invented before. In Office 2007 they didn't add much to the average end user experience in terms of new features that got accepted, but rather forced people to hunt around for features that were in previous versions but now moved.
I see the same behavior in W7. Its not enough to polish, but they are now performing plastic surgery in Redmond. _________________ Trust no one. Absolutely no one. Advice of the board.
