Hi Kal,
I order a ChromaPure meter/software bundle kit earlier in the week.
Just received the package today and installed the software, which is looking for a license file.
From what I gather, I was supposed to also receive an email with a download link and license file.
I never received either...

I PMed you with all my pertinent order info.

Was hoping to play with this this weekend!

Hi Dan,

The licences are issued directly by ChromaPure so best to contact them directly at support@ChromaPure.com and they can assist and resend the licence.

Also check your SPAM folder or junk folder as that's likely where the licence file ended up.

I purchased the "X-Rite EyeOne Display 3 PRO + ChromaPure Standard + Accessories" bundle over five days ago. I've received the i1 Display Pro and accessories today, but I don't have a license file. Any idea what might have happened?
