I have an HD mod's customer back East with 9500LC, brand new Eisemann LUG's, HD10L lenses on a screen that's "smaller than 7 feet".

Obviously he's had some trouble with a G90 as well. I know it's very diffcult to diagnose these types of problems over the internet but any tips or tricks welcomed.
