Just got a full working (?) home control system in that was installed about 10 years ago, maybe a bit more. It apparently constantly had issues, probably more to do with programming than anything else
I know there's a 10" rack mount touch screen, and a whole messload of controller equipment.
I need to run through it all, check pricing on eBay, and put together a package price.
Some came out of his HT room, some is out of the living room where it controlled a bunch of lighting as well as audio equipment. I should be able to fire the system up I'd think to check some basic functions.
I understand though that AMX still needs line by line coding, so if you don't know how, you're in for some $$ finding someone that can program it for you.

Get a list of what you have. The Access stuff pricing a has fallen close to zero in the last year or so. Might be interested in some stuff, but I can definitely help you figure out what you have and what needs to go with what.

OK, some pix of the treasure trove of stuff I have. I've got dibs on the Escient stuff!
Note that this stuff is more or less on consignment. I told the home owner that it was more or less worthless due to the age, but the Soundweb could be worth something...
Let me know if you guys are interested. I'll lump the AMX stuff into one eBay auction I think, and will do research on the rest, but it will probably be the same on eBay.
