I put a few HDMI boxes into a carrying case, and the power supplies got mixed up. WHat are the specs for the FULLHD unit? It is 5 volts at 2 amps, right? That's the power supply that comes with them? Want to make sure before I power up.

thanks AnalogRocks, that's correct.
actually to get more clean power for EXT, the EXT internal use linear regulator,
so the power input range is 6-9V, but 7.5V is the best for EXT. 9V will to hot for it~

please also check current capacity of the linear adaptor, >1A will be better~
