Those images just look pathetic...LMAO

I can't see any blend zone in that clip and you really haven't even tweaked it yet. I think once you get astig, *******, etc. done it will really be something to behold. Wish I could get back up there to see the results in person.

Since you are prone to constantly messing with things I would really suggest that you spend the time to adjust everything prior to monkeying with color calibration. Watch movies for the next 3-4 weeks (cycle those new tubes in) and then get down and dirty with CPC.

That is my plan. But I keep thinking about that red tube. I hope it comes back after some use.

I think it's great stuff putting CRT back on the map by having videos out on Youtube. Fun to watch! Keep it up!

Red tube is better now, I just think it needed to settle in and have the potential between the Cathode and G1 even out.

No i have not. I'd have to keep the current overlap. The resolution is 1.33 so I could try it. I really do not see scan lines. That would end up as a 320 blend zone to get 1920. 1280x2=2560-1920=640 then divide that by 2 for a 320 pixel blend zone.

TV-One has a formula as well onthe site .

Thanks for your input.

I'm sure you will not see scanline with your resolution @96Hz.

I tried 1064x800@72Hz and the 909-er is tack sharp.

cheers
