Didn't a few people have issues when items somehow fell into a customs black hole?

its happened a few times I have heard, When I shipped the Red C-Elements one buyer had it sit in customs for three weeks, I think it was Switzerland. Also I had a set of Tubes sit here in NY customs for over three weeks till Andre did some research and they found them. the next one came two weeks later(2 separate boxes). Things get lost in Customs all the time. I guess tubes were easier to find cause of the big box, a small little Moome card box can easily be misplaced.

Todd, I ask again:

What was the post stamp date on the package if you still have it? While it typically doesn't take almost 2 months, sometimes it can. So I was curious to see what the post mark date was.

Which product did you order? I have records of emailing you back in late October when you asked Moome a qusetion but don't see any records of a "Todd Bailey" buying anything on Nov 4, 2008 (I'm sure you did, I'm just trying to figure out what's broken on my end).
