Hello all,

I would like to see if anyone here has had problems with the eye1 LT and HCFR software when it comes to red gain.

I have a new eye-1 meter running the latest HCFR and the latest driver from Xrite. It is reading the red channel way low. Low enough so when I set the red gain on my projector to where all 3 colors are at 100%, the white is very obviously pink.

I tried all of the color modes on the Epson, including the torch day modes.

This suggests to me that the eye-1 I got is defective. Anyone else?

By the way the calibration for dummies is fantastic. Smile

I have read through AVS forums on this problem with the red, but I am asking here as well. The people on the AVS don't seem to have solved it.

I am using Epson 1080 Pro UB, Yamaha RX-V663 and Panasonic BD-30.

Thanks

--Todd
