I have a ts360, no firewire. I'll just have to get in a bidding war with Dave. Twisted Evil

Nope! Not sold to me. I just got a email response for JVC. No ATSC tuner. So, it will not work for me. I just one box to time shift some OTA HD programming.

OH! But thanks for the D-VHS tape info.

No, IIRC the TS360 doesn't have firewire.

jkruger PM'ed paw to see when his "dibs" expire.

Aubrey didn't buy it, I had 2nd dibs and asked you for a paypal address to send to.
You sold it to someone else?

I received paypal after jkruger posted "I have a ts360, no firewire."

I think that was misinterpreted as meaning that this wouldn't work in your setup.

I'm not sure what the proper procedure is for "dibs". Let me check with the buyer... my guess is that he'd be willing to cancel the paypal instead of unintentionally cutting in a "dibs" line.

jkruger, you officially still want it, right?

I'm not using the ts360 at all. I would be interested in a different OTA ATSC receiver with firewire. I have several OTA boxes already, none of them have firewire. I was waiting for word from paw (Aubrey), respecting his initial request to buy it before sending payment. Is your buyer willing to give it up?

Doesn't matter. It was no fault of his, simply a misinterpretation of whether you were still interested.

If anything, please direct all hard feelings to me for not clearly specifying "no dibs".

The original buyer has graciously agreed to let me refund his payment so jkruger can exercise his "2nd dibs" option.

Payment received.

Paypal refunded to original buyer. But it looks like it deducted fees, so I'll send another paypal to cover that.

SOLD (again.)

So in your opinion the correct thing for me to do would have been to buy it before Aubrey got an answer to his question?

Don't worry about any fees... it all worked out. And dealing with you guys is always twice as easy as messing with ebay.

If this was the biggest hiccup that occurs out of this whole pile of listings, then that's not too bad.

All packages went out today. Dang, I swear postage rates have doubled since the last time I did a bunch of stuff like this.

I've arranged some special contributions for Curt, plus a percentage of the proceeds. But if you get your stuff and it exceeds your expectations, then feel free to send Curt a little additional joy. Thumbs Up
