these are left over from my last theater. they are new and unused. if you are thinking of installing shakers in chairs, these are great. i installed mine in berkline 088s and they were great.

make me an offer or trade for crt color calibration equipment. i know these go for roughly $30/pair on ebay

thanks,
robb

I have the slightly larger PRO versions in my car. They are great! 4 will kick butt (pun intended!) in an HT setup.

Ok, tell me these "shakers in your car" are in a box that you haven't got around to bringing into the house. you know like a golf ball that's been rolling around everytime you turn the corner or stop. There may be a supplementary question to this.

Nope, it's one of the rare things that actually got installed around here. Bought from Parts Express I think about 6 years ago. First they were in my Paseo, now they are in the Rav. Work great. I had to snap the heatsinks off to get them to fit under the set, but even at high volumes, they don't use much power.

I did find though that a lot of car amps don't like the load. I had a Fosgate and Alpine overheat and shut down, so I put them in series to get 16 ohms, and the amps worked fine. I'd recommend that for any home install as well.

He's gender changing before our very eyes....one side of him would DEFINATELY get a thrill from a little butt shaking. Mr. Green

Damn, I could offer you a Minolta 2150 calibrator for them but I already offered it to you for free but you haven't answered. SO I'll trade straight across. Laughing

Yeah sorry, posted under the g/fs account.

I only put in bass shakers as my Rav 4 is always full of crap, ie projectors, so there's no place to put a true sub cabinet. I wouldn't call stock speakers with Rodex power amps and bass shakers super hi fi, but it rocks enough to keep me company on road trips.

I bought a little shitebox Paseo that I am going to trick out next year to be a boom car... but also with some mids. I'm aiming for 120-125db. Low by today's boom car standards, but way loud enough for me.

g/f or not I'm still wondering what you're rockin on with. I normally equate BassShakers to movies but what the hell, I guess Kim Mitchell's Soda might FEEL good too!
