This is a VIM 50-2035-03P in perfect working condition. Some of the BNC connectors are slightly damage (as you can see in the picture below). Anyway it is possible to plug the BNC connectors without any problem.

I can send more pictures if needed.

Price is $300 + shipping.

it's not corrosion, I've had a few machines like that and it's from idiot warehouse workers who pick-up the machine from the front and drag it around. Mad You can buy brand new ones, I have the mouser part number somewhere.

I didn't found the right BNC connectors with full metal frame here in Barcelona, that is why I didn't replace them. It is incredible but the local electronic shops almost stopped selling components!! They sale MP3, MPEG4 player pre-build board and super cheap components. To find a metal film resistor or a 105º capacitor is impossible!!

Anyway Athanasios check it as it is you will see that this is not an issue at all. To dissolver the old BNCs you need a really powerful soldering machine (The ground is to big around).

Thanks Dragan for you positive comments Laughing . Even I'm new in the forum, I fill like I know all of you long time ago. I'm reading this forum daily since beginning 2007 and right now CRT projectors is my biggest hobby.

Thanks to all.

plunder and old 2005-03p
or...
leave them ones. you will notice no difference and no risk of damaging your board replacing them.

Those may have been damaged when shipping the projector. When I crated up the 8500 I bought in Chicago for shipment here, I noticed that the BNCs protruded right up to the edge of the frame I built.

I would try a dremel and a wire wheel or a fine drum sander and see if I could clean up the corrosion before trying to replace those.

You'd probably notice the difference if you were using Monster cables. Very Happy

Sorry, I had to say it.
