AWESOME! Lookin' good!
So what has been your preferred food of choice so far?
Also, how are the hotties out there?

The CLMs are in spanish customs Hope they ake it to you before you leave, usually takes a day or so in customs.

Not sure exactly how far back now, I wanted them further back but unfortunately we are limited to his existing unistrut. Andres was a little too aggressive with his raster usage and small blendzone. Pulling them back will still give plenty of raster usage but will allow you to get better focus and uniformity with a slightlly smaller raster. I wanted to go for a 15% blend overlap, not sure where we'll end up, once again, we are limited to working where the existing ceiling mounts are. We have gone for a respectable 12' (not as nice as large as my 13' )... Andres' first row of seats are quite close to the screen, any larger is uncomfortable.
I'm keen to install the CLMs, as you know, I'll be sending mine across if I'm suitably impressed.

Yes he does, he has an incredible room and equipment. I'll be sure to take pictures of this also. What impresses me is the automation he has programmed for various tasks, he is a very clever PC geek.

Hi - we are making steady progress with one projector setup incredibly well (I've never seen it so sharp, even at the corners). As it happens in CRT land, our road was plagued with difficulties: HV mini-arcs issue (just a loose connection on the HV splitter, thanks God), glycol leak when we took down the tubes of one projector and some very hard time moving the PJs with the Spanish version of the unistrut mount (which looks like it was designed to withstand earthquakes more than moving the PJs around...).
Gino did a grayscale tracking by eye... and the results were really, really good. He's brought some extra equipment to do color tracking so I am now very optimistic that we'll get there. "There" being a perfect blend
And one thing is for sure... when we've finished all I am going to close the PJs and seal them so that I cannot mess with them anymore... Just enjoy it for once and not tinker with it constantly...

We did the other PJ yesterday. It went much faster than the first one and equally sharp. Gino did a quick by-eye color matching (in 10 mins he got better results than I've ever got) so we could start watching some stuff. Incredibly detailed and punchy.
We have an issue now which is that the second projector kind of blinks and the size and focus changes a bit and goes back and forth from two settings. We already cleaned the CLM contacts, HDM and FGM but the issue is still there. Could it be HV related? Quick fix is to store those settings in two recall memories (we did that) so when it jumps accross the two we can set the appropriate memory... but this is a bummer nonetheless. This happened to me before in this projector - I secured the FGM and HDM boards well and the problem went away... but now (since we removed all tubes and those boards and re-mounted them) it is back again. I wonder what it could be. I will try to change the HV splitter just in case.
Today we should working on color matching and getting the blend done right!

I'd check that PJ real close for signs that any of that leaked glycol is not sitting under a chip or in a connector someplace.

Well... the PJ is ceiling mounted so I doubt the glycol can make it to the top
Anyway... we'll change the splitter just in case and report findings.
