Gwen,

How old is this RTC2200? Which supply are you using, it looks like it is totally dead.

Is it just an adapter that just converts the pins or an actual transformer. Can you post a picture? It you did not use a transformer you probably blew the power supply.

I think that just convert the pins
I use this adaptator with others 110v products and they work good.

I must buy an transformer for rct 2200 ?

Some 110V products can work on 220V as well. When it does it will say so on the back of the unit. The RTC2200 110V power supply only works at 110V and will probably be destroyed when run at 220V. The problem is that I am out of 220V supplies, I ordered them about a month ago but the shipment seems to be lost, when I remember right I promised I would ship you a 220V supply when I had one and I still will. So for the time being do you want me to ship you a new 110V supply?

I'm looking for a transformer, is not expensive and is useful.

After i will test the transformer with the 110v , if it's good , i can wait for the 220v power supply , if it's is bad i accept your offer for the new 110v. I will send you a message in this topic after test .

Thanks a lot for your time and your help Very Happy

Hello,

With a transformer it's the same problem : no signal, so i think the power supply is done , if you can ship me a new power supply 110v Thumbs Up

Your new product : Crescendo BUF2000 RGB buffer + Gamma it's like a rct2200 with another form or it's totally different ?

Thanks a lot

Gwen,

I will ship a new 110V transformer to you tomorrow. The BUF2000 is only a buffer with gamma and therefore can be compared to the passthrough function of the RTC2200. The BUF2000 is not a transcoder however, just a RGB amplifier/cable driver with gamma.

It's possible to buy an buf2000 now ?
