Has anyone checked ebay's prices on AGP graphic cards lately? I know most have upgraded, but I was looking to put one in my old computer. I was hoping to get a 6600 or thereabouts for less than $30 delivered. I guess not, as there like $50 and up. I saw a 3450 for around $30 from Frys. It may be cheaper to just upgrade the whole computer.Smile

I think you can get an AGP 128MB 6600GT for $25-30 shipped if you work at it a little: click here

Oh, you're looking vintage, then. I think I've got a couple of these upstairs, if you're going to go that route:

Oh, for god's sake! I couldn't find a pic of an actual full length isa video card, so I just dug up a photo of the biggest card I could find. Pedants! Smile

I really do have some gargantuan isa video card around somewhere, complete with both ttl and composite outputs. It'd be kind of fun to see if it still works, but I'd have to find it first...

Yeah I know PCI is the standard now, but I don't want to junk a decent computer for internet surfing.

Phil,
They are cheap now, but they usually don't stay that way. I will have to check the completed auctions and see if there are any deals to be had.

Eric, you're talking to the ebay master. Wink The first thing I did was check completed auctions. You have to be signed in to look at completed auctions. If I would have given a link to completed auctions, it would have only worked for those signed in as dallas-music (me). So I supplied a link to active auctions.

Like I said, if you work at it a little, you can get one at that price. Check completed auctions out.
