Picked up Flags of Our Fathers on Blu-ray, about all I can say is WOW!

Though I would spend part of Memorial Day watching it. If you haven't seen it I strongly recommend it. It hard to beleive what WWII vets went though both during and after the War. Picture quality, sound was great.

Great movie!

Give the book a read too. It's actually much better than the movie.

I think I liked them both equally well. I watched them both last winter on HD DVD, and pic/sound on both were excellent.
