In the "why didn't I do this earlier??" category:

I was getting annoyed at editing/typing long threads into what seemed like little 2x3" text boxes, so:

- The Quick Reply text box is now almost twice as wide
- The Advanced Reply/Edit text box is now almost twice as wide and 3x taller.

In both cases I'm just using up the space that was just sitting there wasted.

Kal

How about moving the box to the far left? Now I have to scroll right to get to the box - I hate that.

Which box? The 'Quick Reply' or 'Advanced Reply/Edit' text box?

What browser and resolution are you running or how wide (in pixels) do you usually set your browser?
I purposely tested it and kept both narrow enough such that people with 1024x768 screens wouldn't have to scroll.

If you're running 800x600 you will have to scroll but I don't know anyone still running 800x600! Smile

The entire 600-page www.curtpalme.com website and most of the forum will require scrolling already if you're only running 800x600!
