OK-
But to create the single crystal grain (actuall you can't with silver but anyway) the metal needs to be heated up close to melting and grown.
To grow the crystal in a single continous grain you need to have a nice clean room and be at a specific temperature & pressure.
However - if you re-heat or preform a heattreatment or overwork you can cause grains to appear - thus ruining your perfect single crystal speaker wire.
All the 'other' audio nuts will then laugh at the sh*tty sound you get and make fun of you.

Just like to post kudo's to Blue Jeans Cable. Ordered the cable Thursday, got it Saturday via USPS Priority mail. Very substantial cable, should work well.
BTW - the cable has marks every two feet, but those numbers are almost completely indistinguishable. Would up guestimating the length needed to split it into three equal lengths...
